If you’re not sure yet whether you’re ready to take the leap and start regular therapy sessions, I offer 30-minute brief consultations where we can get to know each other a bit and see whether we’re a good fit. Therapy involves a great deal of trust and vulnerability, so the most important thing is that you feel comfortable with the person you’re meeting with. I'll ask questions to help guide us and get to know you better, but what you're comfortable sharing is entirely up to you.
