  • FEES
    ​Free - 20 minute initial consultation $180 - 50 minute therapy session
  • PAYMENT POLICY
    Payments are made at the time of service. Since services are provided online, payments must be made via credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.
  • INSURANCE
    I am an in-network provider for: - Aetna - Cigna - Oscar - Oxford - United Healthcare If you are interested in working together and I am not in-network with your insurance provider, I am happy to provide you with a monthly statement for you to provide to your insurance. Many insurance companies will provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network services. Since coverage varies between insurance plans, please check with your insurance company to verify your benefit information prior to your initial session.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    Forty-eight (48) hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling appointments. If appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
  • NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES
    HIPAA requires therapists to provide clients with a Notice of Privacy Practices. This Notice tells you about the ways in which we may use and disclose your Protected Health Information (PHI). It also discusses your rights to your health information and describes certain obligations we have regarding the use and disclosure of PHI.
